Jerusalem Lutheran Church is known for being inclusive. This is truly a church for everyone and a church where individuals are encouraged to think for themselves. No one here will try to force their beliefs on you or insist that, unless you believe like they do, God can't love you. We are all unique individuals and we believe that Holy Spirit respects our individuality.
Therefore, you will find people from many different kinds of backgrounds here at JLC. We worship together in unity because we all believe in the same Lord Jesus. He is the One who binds this patchwork family together; furthermore, we believe that, just as He can make Himself present in ordinary things like the bread and wine in Holy Communion, He can make Himself present in ordinary people like us; and that is exactly what we are — plain, ordinary, unassuming folk.
We aren't a technologically advanced church; there's no projection screen here or a mega watt stereo system. We don't have a band and we don't even have a choir. But, we do have love and respect for one another and you are invited to join with us as we follow our Lord on the long journey towards spiritual maturity. — P. Dave Conrad

Anyone, regardless of denominational affiliation, is welcome and encouraged to worship with us and commune with us. Services are held on Sunday at 8:30am and 10:45am. Sunday School is at 9:30am for ages 3 and up, including adults.
Our sanctuary walls are lined with stars, one for each military death in the war in Iraq. Along with each star is the soldier's name, rank, and hometown. On our military altar are photos and artifacts from our friends and family members who are serving in the military.
